According to the Wall Street Journal this morning, Sony has reached an agreement with IGA Worldwide to provide adverts inside their games.
From what we can gather, IGA are responsible for everything from Coke ads to the Ecko Unlimited branding plastered all over Test Drive Unlimited. Whilst we can’t imagine this would in any way reduce the cost of games to the consumer, at least the publishers can look forward to more money.
