This is interesting, indeed. A poster on the N4G forums has hinted, pretty strongly, that the PS3 will see PS2 downloads on the PSN Store at some point this year. Looks to us like Metal Gear Solid 2, SSX et al, but please treat this as nothing more than a rumour at this stage, as something like this would be very easy to mock-up in Photoshop…

Update: Sony have denounced this rumour saying the image “must have been mocked up by an excited consumer.”
