Is Sony about to lose another key exclusive? VideoGaming247 seem to think so, who been told by a very senior UK industry source that an 360 version of Metal Gear Solid 4 is ‘inevitable’. ‘There’s only MGS left now: for a few months at least,’ said the mole. ‘It’s inevitable. Konami knows how many million they’d sell in the US alone. If FFXIII can make it to 360 when Sony owns nine percent of Square, Metal Gear’s a slam dunk.’

Yeh i wonder if its true about MS getting Blu-Ray too, otherwise wont they need two disc’s for mgs4? This is bad news by the way.

It won’t happen, for numerous reasons. Kojima himself said MGS4 couldn’t be done on the 360. MGS4 filled a bluray disk – 50gb, which is almost 6x the size of the 360’s DVDs.
It just won’t happen.

I bet the next MG installment (albeit without snake) will be multi-platform. I doubt it for MGS4 tho

It would be funny to see all those Apple products on a Microsoft system. (the iPods and the Macs that Hal used) The joke that Hal made about disc swapping at Shadow Moses would become a reality.
