Thinking you were getting Capcom’s 1942 tomorrow in our European PSN Store update? Think again. We’ve been told today that the European release of the top-down shooter remake is at least two weeks away, with Siren and Pixeljunk Eden filling the gaps until then.

Naturally we’ll have the full European Store update for you tomorrow.

  1. Do you get a list of what’s going to be on the store in advance?

  2. When will Sony address the european store issue? they say we get delays because of language issues but we speak english, the US speaks english, where’s the problem? I understand it might take an extra couple of days to translate to some continental languages but I’m sure they’d not even mind downloading in english to get the content that the US store gets, the language could then be patched a couple of weeks later for them.

Is anyone else tired of being the afterthought of Sony’s dlc? US and Japan get more content of all types quicker than we do. Is this just Sony not being arsed to look after us ecause they know we won’t jump ship or is it really language problems and E.U. beaurocracy that ties us up for weeks (or even prevents the release of some stuff. Is it not enough that we pay more for everything (I know the PSN prices mostly reflect the exchange rates but nothing else does) but we have to get stiffed on dates too. Not good enough.

  3. Kinda lost track of my punctuation and spelling during that rant, apologies.
