Paramount’s First Salvo

17Ah, the death of HD-DVD is finally being felt over here in the UK, Paramount’s first batch of catalog titles is ready to launch. Next Monday sees one hell of a bumper update for UK Blu-ray fans, with Paramount’s Cloverfield, No Country For Old Men, Spiderwick Chronicles and, of course, Transformers, all released together. To make next Monday even more awesome, Sony are releasing 21, Freedomland and a couple of chick flicks, alongside Fox’s What Happens in Vegas.
We’ve been waiting for Transformers for what seems like Ages too, so it’s great to finally get our hands on the Blu-ray version.
