Classic 2D platformer gets updated to, er, classic 2D platformer.

8Just had a press release in from the States. Looks like the XBLA hit Prince of Persia Classic will be released on the PSN this Thursday. The game, which is a direct port of the 360 version, is essentially the original Prince of Persia (same levels, etc) but with 3D graphics, albeit rendered straight on to give the illusion that it’s still 2D. We’re assuming this is a US thing only at this stage, given what we revealed this morning would be hitting the European Store for us, but it’s worth mentioning.
