New EA Games For 2009

Fri, Oct 24, 2008 at 11:42 am

Rumours

Just had some info in via email - looks like EA are planning to release a sequel to The Godfather in February next year, a new Ferrari game (Ferrari Racing Legends) in March, and Command and Conquer 3 also in the same month.

And additionally, and rather excitingly, Trivial Pursuit.  Also in March.  We bet we can guess where your pre-orders are going.

Marked as a rumour until we hear from EA.

Command & Conquer? Awesome. Trivial Pursuit might end up being great you know, I wonder if it will use the Buzz! buzzers?

Godfather was quite good on PS2 too so this all seems like fairly good news. EA are aware that as PS3 owners we’re not supposed to get good news aren’t they?

    Maybe it’s like carbon offsetting?

This is in preparation for some monumentally bad news, like EA is backing the 360 excusively after these games =/.

positivity offsetting. I like that idea, like when you tell an ugly bird she’s really funny. But no I don’t want to sleep with you.

Will Trivial Pursuit be a PS3 exclusive. If it is I’d love to see them get the full potential out of the system by running it at 1080p and 60fps.

Ferrari Racing Legend… this will put an end to future DLC for Ferrari Challenge, better trading it in till it has some value…
