Just a note to say that the LittleBigPlanet servers are down today until around 4pm GMT whilst the tech monkeys fix the issues on the servers.  After that we’re promised greatly improved performance, so here’s hoping.

    For such a happy game it does keep giving me a lot of news that makes me a sad panda. :o (

    Oh well, I need something to tear me away from it so I can play more of the awesome Motorstorm 2! :o P

    Picking up GOW2 tonight, and either EndWar or GH World Tour.

    The servers were actually pretty good after the first few days over here, so I imagine it will do the same again.

    excellent, did experience a little lag last night on a couple of 4 player games and a couple of connection errors, i guess that was just cos everyone i know and everyone else was playing it! lol
    this doesn’t really affect me though cos i’m stuck at work till 5. :-S

    This is good news for me, as I have been neglecting important duties since LBP arrived. Now I can work my ass off till 4pm then gorge myself on some sackish goodness!

    The servers were excellent last night. Was in a 4 player game from around 9pm – 2am, totally lag free! Excellent fun!! :)

    When the game launched in the states the servers were laggy for about a day or so. They are now running smooth as can be. I haven’t experienced any lag since. :)

    Thanks that’s really useful to know!! SO many good games out now (my hands are cold and dead from over PS3′ing)… But I’m about to show X360 owning neighbour the wonder of LBP (so will wait till after 4pm so that that the torrent of awesome downloadable LBP goodness can be accessed!).

    As they had already done a patch for the background music even before the delay was announced, they had those whole couple of weeks to get stuff like this sorted.

    It’s a good job the game rocks, because I’m very disappointed by the whole experience so far.

    I’m finding the online part is still a little slow. Just this moment it wouldn’t load any of the community levels for me. Weird because the beta was bug free for me.

    I couldn’t get online at all last night which means I couldn’t register the awesome 2 player score my girlfriend and I got on the jump the tie level.

    Probably a good thing, its quite disheartening when you see how poor your ‘great’ score actually is!

      i got on for about an hour but everythign was going real slow, it was taking ages to connect to levels and stuff and then a little later on the servers were down again. lameness…
