17The 8/10 Resistance 2 is a great game, but it’s one distributed by the now-in-administration Entertainment UK, which had let to supply problems for some of EUK’s customers: namely Zavvi, WHSmith and Currys, says GI.biz. “Since EUK went into administration,” said a spokesperson for the company, “the administrators have either met or spoken with the majority of customers and suppliers and constructive talks are ongoing.”
Whilst the game is in other shops not suppled by EUK, such as GAME and HMV, the company’s inability to get the AAA game to major outlets may well affect their chance of a buyout as, we’d assume, most the public aren’t really prepared to wait and have shopped elsewhere this weekend. The spokesperson couldn’t confirm when the affected stores could expect their copies.
