So, we’ve had the Uncharted 2 unveiling, but what’s next for Naughty Dog? Jak and Daxter 4?
It’s possible, according to this Dutch site (originally via this site), but our rumour-sense isn’t tingling quite as much as some might hope, and although the Naughty Dog team are just as hard working as the likes of Insomniac, we reckon a fully fledged PS3 Jak isn’t on the immediate horizon.
Still, it’s worth checking the Dutch link for some brilliant Google translations of the comments: “Azzwanker”, “almost spontaneous ejaculation”, “come late” and “slobber”. Who needs rumours when you’ve got the Dutch?

I once pretended to be Dutch and held a conversation in English with a Dutchman until he started speaking in Dutch. Then I admitted I wasn’t Dutch and bought some weed off him.
Still, the Dutch are a good bunch and I would very much like to believe this rumour is true. I loves me Jak & Daxter!

I loved Jak and Daxter and played them all to death on PS2 and PSP. I would love a 4th installment and maybe Daxter can finally get his old form back

Jak & Daxter is by far my favorite games, and I´ve been waiting since ..oh.. the last one.
(BTW, is Jak X included in the original serie, or just to be seen as a curiosity?)
Until now, my only hope for a PS3 Jak & Daxter has been this US patent “thing”

I am Dutch. When I checked the site to see the original post, I saw that they also posted it was a PSP version. Too bad, I was so happy when I saw the title… Let’s hope it is a PS3 version tough!

Didn’t Naughty Dog already say that they had halted work on the next Jak and Daxter to work on the Uncharted 2?
So we know it’s coming!
But as amazing as the story in Jak was, I really want more of Drake.
Then again, they were my favourite games at the time, so when Jak does return, im sure my love will spontaniously reignite and I’ll forget all about . . . erm . . . whats his name again? Nathan something. I want to say Hale, but . . .

I haven’t really played Jak and Daxter as much as I’ve seen my girl play Jak and Daxter. I would probably like it if I played it, but I’m rooting for Uncharted.
