When we exclusively reported the Resident Evil 5 demo news last week, actual concrete information was thin on the ground. Since then we’ve learnt that the PS3 will be getting a demo, although the only confirmed territory for the Sony version is America at this time, with the full game still on course for March 13th over here.
For the hardcore Biohazard fans, Capcom has announced that the collector’s edition package will feature a 32 page colour art book, a 2GB USB drive and pouch and a special making-of video apparently made by Hollywood staff, which will be exclusive to the PS3.
The 360 will get a metal case with a Soundtrack CD instead of the making of movie.

Excellent. I might have to get that special edition. Never been bothered before but that actually sounds worth investigating.

the last resi game i dabbled in was resi 2. resi 5 looks quite good, so i’ll certainly be trying the demo out. the Co-op mode looks great, but theres no1 on my friends list that ever has the same games as me!

Shit, first quarter 2009 has some big games coming, Killzone2 and Resi 5. I’m going to be busy twidling the thumb sticks.
