Söldner-X Hits Euro PSN
Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer, more than just a catchy easy to remember name.

28This weeks PSN update is already taking shape as Söldner-X: Himmelsstürmer is announced for release this Thursday 18/12/08 on the Euro PSN store.
Th game was recently released in the US and doesn’t yet have enough reviews for a Metacritic rating, although according to Metacritic the game was scored 80 by IGN and 25 by 1up. So what it’s actually like is anyone’s guess.
The game is a side-scrolling shoot-em up which for me invokes feelings of nostalgia as I remember classics such as R-Type, Gynoug, Hellfire & Thunderforce IV except this time I won’t be able to blame sprite flicker for dying as the graphics actually look pretty damn good.
News of Söldner-X’s release comes after Sony announced a festive level pack coming to LittleBigPlanet also this Thursday, hopefully this still leaves room for the double Christmas present of SSF2THDR & SSRPBC or Street Fighter and Battle Cars to you and I.
