According to this man, the PS3 version of Eidos’ Tomb Raider Underworld runs at a higher resolution on the PS3 than the 360, with sharper textures. The PS3 version is 720p, whilst the 360 game sports a Haze-esque 576p, offset by the fact that the 360 version runs a wee bit smoother. Regardless, we’ve heard that initial sales of the PlayStation version were higher too, suggesting Eidos might have made the wrong decision going with the Xbox for the exclusive download.
Me? I’ve been playing it on the 360. It’s quite good.
