Good news for conspiracy fans. Bad news for the CIA. Bourne is coming back.

EA have picked up the license for the Bourne franchise after Activision dumped it when they recently bought out Vivendi.
According to MCV they have punted the project out to a Swedish independent developer called Starbreeze Studios who did The Darkness but also did the Riddick game and are currently working on its sequel.
It’ll be interesting to see what direction the next Bourne game will take given this interesting mix of huge publisher and independent developer. Hopefully it will allow for a more creative approach than last years Bourne Conspiracy which was, in my opinion, slightly below par.
