Yeah but GOW is more commonly used for Gears of War than it is for God of War. Especially since (rightly or wrongly) it’s a more popular game.

it was strange that it was really hard to come by last gen, and now gears made it trendy the whole world is doing it. To be honest I think cheapo co-op is fine, where you just have another player that isn’t there in single player, and just makes the game a bit harder when they are there. Then it wouldn’t ruin the single player as much, although there should be games that do both.

I think that competitive multiplayer always has it’s place, but co-op (especially locally) is great for when you have friends round whose ass you keep kicking because you own the console, and you’d both prefer working together against a computer enemy to make it less one sided and predictable.

I don’t see how the co-op would work unless somehow Kratos found something to clone himself or so. Obviously that is trouble for the Gods of Olympus and their minions.

Just because you type in GoW and Gears of War doesn’t mean it’s Gears of War intials. It’s just twats typing GoW for Gears of War as it’s more recent than God of War.
