19The Kojima keynote speech at GDC has just brought up some obvious yet pleasing news. The next Metal Gear Solid.
The speech highlighted the history of the franchise and how it was dictated mostly by hardware technology. Now they’re looking to use software as the boost for Kojima’s goal of “the ultimate stealth game.” So whilst it still looks like he will have a heavy involvement there’s no sign of to what degree. There are no solid details beyond this single teasing slide.
