As today is the first day of the month, it seems as good as a time as any to bring you another of TSA’s new community features, yesterday was the announcement of PlayThru and today it’s the turn of our new ‘Challenge TSA’ feature. Basically every week we shall set you the challenge of beating our high score/progress through a game.

TSA Points will be awarded to the top 3 individuals who can beat the best that TSA has to offer. 100 for 1st place, 75 for 2nd, 50 for 3rd and 10pts to everyone who sends me a valid entry (and as you might have heard, TSA Points are about to become very exciting).

The Challenge.

This week your challenge is to beat TSA’s high score at the the LittleBigPlanet ‘Tie Skipping’ Level, you must keep jumping over the king’s tie collecting score bubbles and survive as long as possible to rack up a high score.

The Rules.

You need to email a photo to me (chris@thesixthaxis.com) of your high score before midday Thursday 7th May, winner will be announced Friday 8th, and a new challenge will go live. All entrants must be registered members of TheSixthAxis, and the photo must clearly show your high score, illegible entries may be void.

Update.

Since last Friday, TheSixthAxis team has been jumping away to Zorba The Greek and the scores are now in, and have been counted, and our leaderboard looks like this:

1st – Liam – ??? (it’s a secret)
2nd – Nick – 1,757
3rd – Davs – 969
4th – Greg – 731
5th – Chris – 674
6th – Pete – 673 (thinks it was in the 600′s, but I couldn’t have him beating me, could I?)
7th – Alex – about 400 (stupid game)

A bit of a mixed bag from the team this week, and just a reminder the deadline for challengers is midday Thursday if you’ve still not got your entry in.  Results will be announced on Friday, shortly before the next challenge goes live. (clue: it will involve cars, fast ones.)
