Activision’s recent press release promises Guitar Hero 5 will contain “The Most Diversified Set List To Date, Comprised Of Songs From Some Of The Hottest Bands Of Today To All-Time Favourite Classic Anthems, With Music From A Variety Of Genres,” and they weren’t lying, have a look.

  1. Ok, i was planning on not getting this as they are completely milking this franchise now, but looking at some of the Artists on here makes me want to get it :D

  2. Thats a heap of artists! I could be persuaded to think about buying this game.

  3. WHAT? NO RISE AGAINST? Thats bull

    • Indeed. I’m a Rock Band guy anyway. ‘Give It All’ was on RB2!

  4. Elton John???
Hmmm not seeing too much newer bands in there! Vampire Weekend are ok and you’ve still got the mighty Kings of Leon but nothing else catches my eye…..

  5. Looking like a great list. This is one to look out for

  6. Lookin’ good! :)

  7. I’ve got WT, so I’ll only need to buy the software this time around… easy purchase, maybe week 2 when the price drops.

  8. It’s not all about the bands though, there are a whole host of new features and game modes

Saving a failed band member is a good addition, as well as being able to play with any combo of instruments.

  9. Rammstein!! RAMMSTEIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fuck!

Shame it will be so expensive…

  10. Also already have the instruments bacuse of WT. Will definetely buy this. I think they included great artists, and it’s good to see Rammstein finally being included

    • hope its “du hast”. i love that song
