We are all about the community and love throwing competitions your way, watching you scrap amongst yourselves for those highly sought after TSA points. We are really picking up speed in terms of the competitions and events we are currently hosting, and things will only get better. Nothing brings a community together like a bit of friendly competition, you know – like a friendly bullet with friendly intentions being sent towards a fellow member of the community. Bombs dropped on groups of fellow TSA gamers with the words “nothing personal! We still friends?” written on the side. Mild cursing and friendly banter is an acceptable part of the event and adds to the fun factor, where each match in every game is different and often funnier than the last.
To see you guys enjoying yourselves so much makes it all worth while, and here at TSA towers we are all about the giving. All we ask in return is you pay our lovely site a visit whenever you are surfing the web and continue to give us your thoughts and suggestions via the comments or email.
So this week is quite a big week for events and competitions. Yesterday six TSA members got down and dirty in our Motorstorm 2 Pacific Rift competition, and it was a short but sweet event. I took the wheel of a big rig with the clear mission to prevent the others from finishing the race within a combined time of 25 minutes. Sure enough they failed to beat the combined time, with two of the six not even making the finish line thanks to TSA member rht992 and his eye popping time of 3mins47secs, well done to you sir and 250 TSA points have been awarded. ManeoriX finished a close second for 200 TSA points with a time of 3.52 followed by baconsarnie rolling over the line at 4.02 to claim a respectable third place and 150 TSA points. Royanldo and Colmshan1990 failed to cross the line within the 30second countdown after rht992 secured his victory, but they were certainly good sports and get 20 TSA points for their participation.
From racing and to the battlefield as today will see a return to perhaps PS3’s longest running online multiplayer title – Warhawk. TSA member Jas-n is going to hijack a server at 7pm (BST) to make sure the game (to start at 8pm) will run as smooth as possible. I have heard nothing but good reviews and opinions on this title, and this forum thread is buzzing with players all eager to take to the skies or battle it out with their feet firmly on the ground tonight. Anyone looking for a good introduction to a great game supported by TSA members and staff should head over to the forum and get their voices heard. I myself may be tempted to engage in a little dogfight or two after a certain other event has taken place tonight.
That certain other event is the new King of Killzone tournament where only one will be crowned the best TSA has to offer in Guerrilla Games epic title. This tournament will take place monthly and give others the opportunity to take the title should they have brushed up their skills in pursuit of becoming the best. With new names in the mix with veteran clanners I am very excited to see who will prevail to not only claim the crown, but to fill their pockets with a shower of TSA points too. We hope these events promote healthy competition amongst the sites members and staff, but we really want to see everyone having fun and making new friends. We welcome any suggestions you may have, and will certainly be bringing many more competitions your way.

With many anticipated titles coming throughout the year there has never been a better time to own a PS3, and there are plenty of reasons to get gaming within the TSA community. Oh, and you might have noticed that comment boxes have been given a bit of a tweak, and now show your TSA Points to the world alongside some mysterious numbers labelled “Trophies” – what are those? How will our highest ‘ranked’ members stand out amongst the rest? What will those TSA Points finally be used for? All will be revealed soon…
