I don’t think GTA 4: Lost And Damned or Gay Tony will be coming out for PS3 because Microsoft paid lots of money to Rockstar Games. Well maybe Any other ones?

Btw is the Agency only multiplayer?

Not to start a communication war but the first cell or mobile phone was Motorola Dyna 8000X used in USA in 1983, if you don’t think we had mobile phones in the 80’s watch the TV show Miami Vice, which as we all know was the inspiration for Vice City. But your right about Vice City being the best, it also has the greatest list voice actors ever.

I would like that too, but there is no rational fiscal reason in the world why that would happen, unless Sony stumped up the cash to make the series times exclusive again. Don’t hold your breath.

I’ve been going through the same decision for ages. So far keeping it is still winning. I am tempted to start it again to go through the choices differently and get some of the trophies.

Grand Theft Auto games have alawys been out on the Sony consoles and has had better performance on the sony systems when they introduced GTa 3 and Vice Sity or Vice City and San Andreas to the Xbox. I think the GTA 4 DLC should come out on the PSN first before giving it to the xbox just as it used to be. I just hope this rumour turns out to be confirmed.

My bets are on that being the next PS3 GTA.

PS2 – Libery City / Vice City / GTA San Andreas
PSP – Liberty City / Vice City
PS3 – Liberty City

We all knew that, but there’s a rather massive pattern going on here.

To be honest I would prefer they develop a completely new instalment rather than keep bringing out DLC, even though DLC is probably a lower-cost and faster turnaround business model.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a Vice City remake, but I’d hope they make the city’s geography a little more interesting (i.e. some hills) and perhaps make it a period piece again, because the ’80s vibe of VC was far more interesting than that of GTA3 or SA.

The first mobile phone network was a 2 cell system in Finland in 1991 and they never got popular, cheap or small enough to carry until much later, so god knows how they had any in 80s America, which was notoriously behind the rest of the world until more recently.

Implementation of load times between islands?

I’ve never really played much of the story in Vice City or San Andreas. I purely just loved messing around with a completed save (bad, bad, I know). I found though, that San Andreas was the most fun to mess around in with all of the room and ridiculously fun additions.

Well *hopefully* this rumoured DLC will include some sort of new island, jetpacks, parachutes, monster trucks, tanks, quads (4-wheelers), jets… and cheats too, flying cars, cars drive on water, cars blow up when hit, cars fly away when hit, traffic lights stay green, aggressive pedestrians, super punch, super jump. The stuff that made the earlier iterations AMAZING.

Gotta agree with you there CC. Vice City made for the best, most fun story. The location was superb with the vibrancy and neon flashes everywhere. When you compare it San Andreas too, it was just so much more of a “fun” game.
