game started without any problems here (in Canada), then after a short break (when you got to go you got to go) I couldn’t get in anymore. The I saw the ticker and about 30 minutes later I could play again! (and then suddenly it was 4am… woeps)

I downloaded the demo this morning and it wouldn’t connect to the EA servers….strange one cos all my other games are fine.
Got fed up trying and then deleated it.
Have i made a mistake?

WOW! Got home last night at 10pm, started playing at 10:30pm and didn’t turn it off until 2:30am. I’m now sat at work with a very woozy head from lack of sleep.

I would recommend that anyone interested should take up the tutorial on flying the planes. They’re tough little things to figure out. I found that the tutorial (after several in game failed flights) and inverting the controls for the plane worked a treat. I can now fly around, dive bomb, strafe the ground and air targets, and best of all, quickly seek out unguarded enemy flags, jump out the plane, deploy parachute and take the flag.

I’ve heard alot about this game, its supposed to be really good and looking at the shots, it does!
I will consider this now likes.

They’ve been adding and improving servers constantly since they found they problem yesterday morning. At least EA/Dice have been trying to fix the issue instead of leaving it for weeks and then releasing a patch that might or might not fix the problem.

FYI Don’t expect the Servers to be running perfect right away… My PS3 is dead (again) so I bought this title for the 360 yesterday and EA is having Server trouble on the 360 side, to say the least.

When the game is running properly it is an ABSOLUTE BLAST!! But EA grossly underestimated demand on the servers especially with all the 30 minute demos out there…. This has caused problems getting connected, lots of “No Games Found” messages and timed out a lot to… Once you get in game you will be able to tell right away if your server is crap or not, in my experience it has run either UNPLAYABLE or LAG FREE – no in between so i would imagine once they get that worked out then it should be good to go..

Again this is a Great game! plays alot like Warhawk with all the different vehicles, flak cannons and mounted 50 cals everywhere!
