Challenge TSA#10 – DiRT 2 Demo

Now, as Chris has spent the weekend in London, thus disconnected from the online world, it is I, who fills the role of ‘Challenge master’ for the week. Perhaps Chris didn’t realise when he decided to life in the real world was that this is a great milestone in Challenge TSA history; for this is our tenth challenge, our first landmark. Such an occasion therefore requires a good challenge. Having recently had a hands-on with the newest instalment to the Colin McRae rally series, and the recent release of the demo, it seemed an appropriate time to challenge the community to a good old fashioned time trial. Most of you will already have downloaded this demo and given it a whirl, but for those that haven’t, this is the time to do so. I’m sure by now you all know how this works; load up the demo, race the race, take a photo of your time and send it in. It’s that simple.

The Challenge.

This week the challenge is to beat TheSixthAxis’ time on the Morocco race.

The Rules.

There is only one car available so it’s not like you have a choice, you may race on any difficulty and use all of your Flashbacks if you wish, just race your best time. I’m sure that TSA will get some epic times for this challenge with Liam back on the front-line and myself rather good at racing games. Whether I have just dropped myself in it or not will be decided in due time, but it can be on either Xbox 360 or PS3, it doesn’t matter.

You need to email a photo to me (davs[at]thesixthaxis[dot]com) of the ‘End race time’ screen. Your entry must include the following:

+ Only one entry will be counted per person, which your first entry will be.
+ Includes photo (like the one shown) clearly showing your high score.
+ Email must include your TSA username.
+ Email must have Challenge TSA in the subject line.
+ Deadline for entries is midnight Thursday 27th August, results will be live on the Friday.
+ It would help if your email included your time as well as attaching the photo.

The Rewards.

As usual TSA points will be awarded to the top 3 individuals who can beat the high score of the top TSA team member. These are the point which are up for grabs, for 1st place 100pts, 75pts for 2nd, 50 for 3rd and 10pts to everyone who sends me a valid entry. Remember every single valid entry wins TSA points, and TSA Points can now be cashed in for items from our Shop.

As always, below is an example of the photo you need to send it. This was my first race, so it’s by no means the target to beat. Lets get racing!
