39If the Kaiser Chiefs had seen this game before releasing their track Ruby, they’be singing something about Rubi, Rubi, Rubi, Rubi – Guns, Swordplay, Slo-Mo and riculously a high body-count. Wet for those that don’t know features the antics of Rubi Malone, a gun-for-hire on her mission to find the people who betrayed her. The action is heavily stylised like a 70′s revenge flick with more than a passing nod at Uma Thurman’s character The Bride in Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill. I’ll leave the rest for the forthcoming TheSixthAxis review, but suffice to say the game plays out with its tongue firmly in its cheek with the emphasis on fun rather than polish.
