Bethesda have just let us know that Brink, the innovative new shooter from Splash Damage, will be shown to the UK public for the first time at the forthcoming Eurogamer Expo. Paul Wedgwood, Splash Damage CEO and Brink Game Director, will present the game at 13:30pm at The Royal Armouries in Leeds on October 27th and 28th and in London at Old Billingsgate on October 30th and 31st. Seating in the theatres at these locations is limited and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

According to the press release Brink, being published by Bethesda Softworks, blends single-player, co-op, and multiplayer gameplay into one seamless experience and allows you to develop your character across all modes of play. You decide the role you want to assume as you fight to save yourself and mankind’s last refuge for humanity. Brink offers a compelling mix of dynamic battlefields, extensive customization options, and an all-new control system.

Brink takes place on the Ark, a man-made floating city that is on the brink of all-out civil war. Originally built as an experimental, self-sufficient and 100% “green” habitat, the reported rapid rise of the Earth’s oceans has forced the Ark to become home to not only the original founders and their descendants but also to thousands of refugees. With tensions between the two groups growing, Security and Resistance forces are locked in a heated battle for control of the Ark. Which side will you choose?

Brink will be available across Europe for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC in 2010.
