You want to know why I think Forza 3′s so damned amazing? Well, part of why is the incredible livery editor, unmatched by anything else on the market and so far ahead of what’s possible in similar titles it’s not even funny. In the video below, NeoGAF’s Jube3 shows off his creative talents by illustrating how to create a Homer Simpson graphic using the built-in graphics – it’s 9 minutes long but well worth watching.

Remember, in Forza 3 you can save created sections like this and then re-use them multiple times on a single car, or even on other vehicles entirely.

The game’s out this Friday.

  1. wow!

  2. Awesome. Just simply awesome. Is the game any good though? :)

    • Yeah, must of taken a while to do.

  3. That’s damn cool.

  4. thats very cool.

  5. This is the only reason I would like to play Forza 3. It’s a cool feature.

  6. Amazing stuff, I’m really impressed.

GT5 needs to have this kind of editing, seriously!

    • I agree. From what I’ve heard, GT5 has no visual upgrade system whatsoever aside from colors… or maybe not even colors, for some reason I’m thinking each color may be a different car entirely.

      • dude are you serious if the old gts have it then im pretty darn sure gt5 will

  7. Thats pretty cool. I played Forza 3 at mates house and its good, but not amazing.

  8. Thats a very cool feature! Homer Simpson FTW!

  9. Stuff it, I’m off to get another 360……………….

  10. From what I’ve seen of the footage of the game and in my opinion, it doesn’t look too different from Shift. But is far more in depth than shift. Haven’t played it so I don’t know what the handling is like, but would expect that it’s not as much of an arcade set up as Shift, and the livery editor in Shift is pants and pretty much useless, no where near as good as this. I bet GT5 will not have anything like this when it finally arrives! :(

    • Forza is absolutely NOTHING like Shift.

    • NFS is totally different to Racing Sims like GT and Forza. You cant compare Shift and Forza, its like comparing Fifa10 and Madden 10. Theyre totally different!
