15The LittleBigPlanet universe will continue to grow but do not expect a sequel. When asked about the streams of DLC, producer Martin Lynagh has said “I think what you’ve seen so far from LittleBigPlanet, that’s the way it’s going to continue.” Danny Leaver, LBPs level designer, was asked about a sequel and suggested this may fragment the existing LittleBigPlanet community, saying “We’d never want to do that. That’d be the most counterproductive thing you could do I think.”
The good news is there will be plenty more to DLC to come, “We have a lot of stuff coming out, especially next year. We can’t really talk about specifics for a lot of it at the moment, because a lot of it hasn’t been announced.”
