Activision Donate $1 million

81Activision are to donate $1 million in to a new scheme they are calling “Call Of Duty Endowment” or CODE for short. The money will be used to help ex US Military verterans find employment. The first payment of $125,000 will go to the Paralysed Veterans of America and will help towards the opening of a vocational rehabilitation centre. In the U.S. veterans have a higher unemployment rate than the national average.
“How do you expect people to actually join the military if, when they leave the military, they can’t integrate back into the free market they’re supposed to be protecting?” asks Bob Kotick.
