A great week this week - on PS3 you’ve got all the Fallout 3 stuff for Spanish gamers, a massive bundle for Burnout Paradise, DLC for Pain, Eyepet, Rag Doll Kung Fu and Buzz! plus the usual Rockband and Guitar Hero 5 stuff. Over on PSP there’s three games, three brand new minis and a demo of Jak and Daxter. Nice work, SCEE.

  1. Wow, there really is absolutly nothing for me this week, not even a video! Thats rare.

    • Me too, I think this is the first time in a long time that nothing will be downloaded.

    • Decent for PSP owners, though, although it’s a shame there’s no new special offers this week.

      • Damn you SCEE & this joke of an update, get your act together!

        - Nah im just playing, decent update just nothing for me…

      • where the hell is my dissidia? come on SCEE!! i want to spend money!! don’t you want it??!!

      • Loving the Jak and Daxter demo being out this week. Getting ready for the mass of PSP games being released next week

      • none of the psp stuff interests me… altho i will have to check out what the minis are cause they could be groovy… btw, is yeti sports a complete rip off or worth it?

      • Still nothing from the Metal Gear franchise on the PSP Go, I mean, seriously:
        MGS1, MGS:PO, MGS:PO+, MGS:DGN, MGA, MGA2

Do they not like free money? I actually can’t get a PSP Go until I know that Peacewalker will be coming out for it.

      • i know what square are gonna do as well! they are gonna wait till i buy dissidia from the us store then put it on the uk store 2 weeks later so i can buy it a 3rd time!! Sorry Square it won’t happen!!

  2. Yoho!
    More Eyepet packs.
Now I just need the game…

    • Getting mine tomorrow! Had to offer some other stuff from game.co.uk and just couldn’t resist picking up eyepet solus on the same order :p

    • lol its awesome! get it!

      • Yeah.
I’m using my 4year old daughter as an excuse :-D

  3. Agree with everyone above, there certainly isn’t much to interest me, I might give the Dante Inferno video a watch

  4. Free dlc, nom nom nom!

Was hoping for a surprise Braid, hopefully next week.

    • You’ll need a US account for that as Braid is out there today i heard, plus a PSN points card wouldnt go amiss? ;)

  5. Shame Vagrant Story’s release got changed.

  6. I’ve deleted Rag Doll Kung Foo and Pain to save hard drive space, if I download these updates, will they be applied if/when I get a new hard drive?

    • Yes. Iv done that with many games I don’t own. Like the brutal legend pack free for two weeks. If i get the game next year, i’ll still get the pack for free :)

      • I’m glad I wasn’t the only person to be this sneaky! I love these time-limited free DLC packs.

      • what was handy with the brutal legend dlc is it was just a 100k unlock key.
i always do that with free dlc, even if it’s not a small file, just start downloading it and it’s recorded on your account, you don’t need to finish downloading it, just download it when or if you get the game.

  7. I’m just waiting for Critter Crunch next week :-P

    • me too! im 26 years old!

  8. only eyepet DLC for me :) although i was hoping for some new dynamin themes

  9. Yay Jak demo cant wait to get home and DL this :D

  10. i like that call of duty classic game that came out Tuesday. why don’t the guys who make them nice static themes ever try a dynamic one maybe because more work for the same price point but it would be nice

  11. My son’s smile will light up the room when he gets the new EyePet outfits. He’s crazy about this game.

    • yeh… ‘ur sons’… *you* got well excited! admit it

  12. Just Cause 2 Vid for me.. Had the First game. loved it!!

  13. Ooooh, does anyone know if Bubble Trubble is a bust-a-move clone?

Might have to make myy first foray into Minis if it is.

  14. Does anyone buy the premium static themes, they seem kinda defunct now the dynamic themes are available?

    • Never have and I doubt I ever will.

I’d rather just stick my own photos on my PS3 background and lap up the freebie themes.

    • No way, there are sites out there that offer the same thing for free, pretty pointless!

    • i have a few i must say they are nice the icons are very tasty as well but i just wish the same company that makes most of the static themes would give dynamic ones a go

  15. Not the best week for the PSN but pretty solid. I’ll grab the rag doll kung fu content and wait patiently for next week, which is meant to be awesome…
