The person at the other end didn't have a clue about anything. She didn't know that the product existed until putting me on hold and then coming back. According to the clueless support the game shouldn't be released online yet. Which is crazy considering the PSP GO is a download only product. She went on to to ask if I have the gold pack for my online service. Then she thought I downloaded it illegally. So after all this I asked to speak with a manager and she basically point blank refused, stating that managers don't talk to lowly customers (ok I am adding the lowly). Atleastmy call to sony was alot more productive. They just suggested downloading again but I still have problems contacting them again.
