That’s a rather pathetic update, but I suppose it is early days – I mean it did launch with hundreds and hundreds of films, I’ll let them off with the updates for a couple of weeks – but if it doesn’t improve I will be disappointed.
I tried to rent a film, but it took an age to download. Hopefully when the servers perk up a bit, I can stream in HD!

I have to be honest, I have tried this twice and watched the films right from the start. It was if it was streaming, guesss I was lucky.

if you look around you can deffo get blu rays for as little as £7 new – not newly released, but still new. I rarely pay more than £10 for a bluray

you wont have good speen downloads for movies, i get 8.7mbps and waited forever for angels and demons hd. the vid store sucks, ill stick to virgin rentals

Yet another “blog” feature that is lacking in comparison to the US one. With regards to the US Game store update, on the blog they list the file sizes of everything, on the UK one it’s been said that they only way they could do that would be if they downloaded each one individually. (ie it’s not SCEE’s fault). A similar thing now with the Movie store update. With regards to the US one, the blog lists everything HD and SD that has been added. On EU blog, response to number 8 when asked “Any chance of a proper breakdown this week. Because I would like to see the 50 that were added this week without having to navigate the store constantly”, the reply was “It’s not up to us really” !!??. Well, if it’s not up to SCEE who are adding to the titles to the store, then who’s job is it?

Singstar UK currently has 1082 songs.

Released Dec 07, 30(?) songs with the disc.

Approx average of 40 songs per month?

Hmmmm a few dozen? Do you even own Singstar?
