Over the weekend TSA’s folding team climbed above 1,500 in the global rankings. It took us a couple of weeks longer than we had hoped but we have finally passed that milestone.  At the time of writing, according to the F@H website, we are ranked 1,498th out of a total of 169,922 registered teams.

Our 104 (named) members have completed 6,383 individual Folding@Home work units which give us a score of 1,823,763.  Special mention to our top 2 members markwijnants and sonicsteve who have contributed almost 10% of our total each, 623 and 615 WU respectively.

The next milestone for our team is reaching a score of 2,000,000.  With an average score so far of 286 per work unit that target is only 616 work units away.  That is only 6 units per team member.  With a little effort we may even be able to reach that in time for the January update.
