A new trailer for Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days has surfaced and boy is it brutal. Not only because we get to see some high-octane visceral gunfight sequences interjected with genuinely creepy footage of Lynch going through a bout of insomnia, we also get the pleasure of witnessing the laconic big guy taking a widdle.
Putting aside the controversy surrounding the first title and how it fared among the critics, Dog Days is at least looking like a slice of hardcore brutish action. If anything the trailer impresses for its unique style and presentation.
Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days is from developer IO Interactive and will be published by SquareEnix next year on 360, PS3 and PC.
Thanks IGN.

That was so intense and visceral but without it looking like it was going for shock tactics. You felt the bullets, the hits, the emotion behind it all. Stunning stuff. Hope the game ends up a belter as I know the first one had a luke-warm reception.
Thinking about it, I could easily see myself watching a film that was of a similar calibre to the trailer. Quite, quite exceptional.

yeah i know what you mean. the first game did have a really good story and great emotion behind it all but the game its self was broken
i had to have a moment to my self to calm down after that trailer pretty intense!

it kind of sucks in single player

The first one didn’t really excited me but as soon as I saw the trailer for this earlier in the year, I couldn’t wait. Demo soon.

This is a game where i’ll definitely have to wait for some reviews before considering buying. Some games you just know are going to work and you don’t need the review for that. Not too sure with this one though, can see it being broken and needing major patches, don’t know why, just a hunch.

I loved that trailer, the first game as split screen was amazing, not so good single player as the AI kept refusing to help me and let me die all the time. Multiplayer was fundamentally flawed by the arseholes that played it, really ruined the experience for me.
I cannot wait for this to come out.
