Famitsu is reporting that the PlayStation 3 has just sold over four million units in Japan, with the exact figure being, as of the 13th of December, 4,020,563. These are lifetime figures – for comparison, the Wii has shifted just over double that, with 9,048,012 units sold in around about exactly the same length of time (give or take a month).
