MTV Games Clarify Rock Band

21On Tuesday TheSixthAxis ran a story regarding EA’s financial report and the absence of mention of Rock Band, suggesting that the deal between EA and Harmonix might be reaching a conclusion.
An MTV / Harmonix spokesperson has been in touch with TheSixthAxis overnight to clarify the situation. “The previously announced Green Day: Rock Band will be published by MTV Games and distributed by EA,” she said. “Stay tuned for news of MTV Games’ other titles soon.”
So, it appears that MTV Games will be handling the Rock Band label, and all is well.
