Welcome back to Trophy World! We had five trophy lists posted this week, including a trophy list I’ve been eager to see- Battlefield: Bad Company 2.

While I never really finished the first game (It got boring, plus the levels were just too long for me), the second looks to improve on the single-player campaign and offer a multiplayer experience to combat the likes of Modern Warfare 2. One highlight of the Bad Company series has to be its humour. With Haggard returning, I expect the same from the sequel. The trophies look similar to the first game, though there isn’t any trophy for getting all the awards this time around (That made the platinum for the last game almost impossible). I can’t wait for Battlefield: Bad Company 2, especially with the improved destruction, or Destruction 2.0 as DICE like to call it. Will it overthrow the king that is Modern Warfare 2? That remains to be seen.

The Dark Forest DLC is essentially a prequel to Dante’s Inferno, where we see Dante ‘lost’ in a, you guessed it, Dark Forest. I don’t think it will be more than a few pounds, as I believe it offers about an hour or two of gameplay. The trophies don’t look hard at all and that second trophy should be easily achievable (I’d imagine) with a guide at hand.

Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing confuses me. Why? I’ll tell you. Why on earth does Sonic not run? Does he want to be a good person and limit his potential? Only God knows why he did it, and SEGA. The game looks quite good though apparently the demo on the Xbox Live Marketplace is plagued with a poor frame rate, as Nofi mentioned. The trophies don’t look simple at all, especially the ‘Ghost Master’ trophy. If you wanted the game thinking you were in for an easy platinum, I’m sad to inform you that you are mistaken.

My favourite trophy of the week is:

BioShock 2/Bronze

9-Irony
Paid your respects to the founder of Rapture.

What a brilliant trophy. It’s one of the secret trophies found in BioShock 2 and I unfortunately missed it because I don’t see how anyone human managed to find this one out. Let’s see if you can figure out how to unlock it… See you next week guys!
