Brink Date Is Speculative

31Bethesda have told VG247 that the recently touted release date of September 7th for Brink is purely “speculative”.
The publisher had recently mentioned the date in a sweepstake promotion for the Splash Damage shooter, however Bethesda have denied that this is the release date, instead pinning down a release for sometime this fall.
“Often times retailers will assign a release date for a game that falls within the game’s announced launch window,” said a rep.
“While we have announced that Brink is due out in fall 2010, we have yet to announce an official release date for the game. Until we have announced the release date, all other dates can be considered speculative.”
So there you go, until we here otherwise its a fall release for Brink.
