Today we announce the draw for our FIFA 10 European Tournament, along with the rules / guidelines for the competition.

You can see the draw below, however before you get started please take note of these guidelines.

Timescales

Round 1.

Because this draw is quite substantial we are happy for you to proceed with your game at a time that is to be agreed between both parties, it is your responsibility to ensure that you contact each other, add the appropriate Gamertags to your friends list and carry out the match in the agreed manner with the agreed settings.

Settings for each match in the tournament should be as follows:

1. Match length should be 10 mins
2. No International Teams are allowed
3. No Custom Players are allowed
4. Anyone not playing the games in the time allocated will be disqualified

The matches for round 1 should be played and results submitted before 5pm on Saturday 6th March, at which time we will the publish the draw for round 2.

Round 2.

The matches for round 2 can take place immediately after we have made the draw on the 6th March, although all matches must be played and the winners submitted by 10pm on Saturday 6th March.

Round 3.

All matches for Round 3 must take place before 1pm on Sunday 7th Match, results should then be submitted immediately.

Semi Final

The winners of Round 3 will be published at 3pm on the 7th March, the winners should then play their matches between 3-4pm on the same day and submit their results immediately.

Third Place Play off / Final.

The Final match and Third Place Play Off draw will be made at 4.30 on the 7th March, both of these matches must be played by 5.30pm, after which the winners should submit their results.

All results must be submitted to wotta@thesixthaxis.com on or before the stated time otherwise those taking part will be disqualified.

If you have any problems arranging your match that you cannot resolve then please contact wotta@thesixthaxis.com who will do his best to help.

We will post the winners on the site on Monday 8th March.
