Green Day Rock Band Gets Dated

53EA have revealed that the much rumored Green Day Rock Band will launch worldwide June 8, 2010.
Green Day: Rock Band allows you to take on the likenesses of Green Day members Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool and progress through the history of Green Day, in a similar fashion to The Beatles Rock Band. As you progress you will unlock band goodies such as videos, photos, etc.., from the bands history.
Green Day: Rock Band will give you access to 47 tracks that span the band’s career including “Brain Stew,” “Jaded,” “Hitchin’ a Ride,” “American Idiot,” “Wake Me Up When September Ends” and “Boulevard of Broken Dreams.” All 47 tracks are fully exportable, meaning that they can be used in conjunction with Rock Band, Rock Band 2 and the recently announced Rock Band 3.
The game will appear on PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii, so if Green Day is your thing then we suppose this is pretty good news.
