As we reported last week, JulesRulez was representing TheSixthAxis in the European Final of the XCN Final tournament.
Well the tournament took place last night and Jules certainly put up a fight. In the first round, in which the winner of the best of three matches went through, Jules triumphed, winning two of the three matches and managing to score fourteen goals over the course of them.
The next round saw Jules unfortunately lose out, however it wasn’t without a fight as he won the first game by four goals to three, before eventually losing out four goals to seven in the second match and, in what must have been an impressive game to watch, eight goals to ten in the third.
It was an Italian, Livio Stingo, who was the overall tournament of the winner, winning the prizes of a Xbox 360 Elite, 3 X EA Games and a FIFA T-Shirt, not a bad prize indeed.
Position Player Prize
1st Livio Stingo (Italy) – Xbox 360 Elite, 3 X EA game titles, FIFA t-shirt
2nd Ben Andrews (UK) - Xbox 360 Elite, 3 X EA game titles, FIFA hoodie
3rd Patrick Markwald (UK) - Xbox 360 Elite, 3 X EA game titles
We would like to thank everyone who took part in our leg of the tournament and also say a big well done to Julez and congratulations to the winners.
Thanks also to XCN for allowing us to take part in this excellent tournament.
