Tretton Says Move is An Extension

16Jack Tretton has been talking about PlayStation Move, describing it as an extension to the PlayStation Family.
Speaking during an interview with G4TV, the Sony America boss said that,
The key is choice for the consumer. We don’t want to force motion gaming down their throat, so for the shooter fan that says, ‘You know, love what you do with motion gaming, but I like my DualShock experience,’ that’s going to be there for them.
He also added that,
The great thing about this motion gaming is an add-on, an enhancement, an extension of what already exists, not a replacement.
So there we go, it seems like the Duashock is not being phased out or replaced, it’s just getting a new friend with a shiny head to play with instead.
