Syphon Filter Coming To PS2

10I can’t remember the last time a public announcement was made for the release of a PS2 game, but it has happened today, on the PS Blog of all places.
Bend Studios have revealed that they are to release Syphon Filter: Logan’s Shadow on the PS2 this June. The game was originally released last year on the PSP to a generally all round good reception, so anyone who picked it up back then will no doubt be pleased with this news.
The PS2 version is essentially the same game, with only a few tweaks to the controls to take advantage of the extra buttons on the Dualshock 2.
It’s good to see the PS2 being supported after all these years, it almost brings a tear to your eye.
