Microsoft Planning Kinect Bundles

Leaked memo is leaked.

Nothing about Kinect‘s recent showing at E3 has convinced me that Microsoft’s motion controller will be of any interest to me personally, but that hasn’t stopped the Big M thinking it’s the best thing since sliced van.

Regardless, a memo leaked (and subsequently picked up by Kotaku) shows that Microsoft will be bundling the device formerly known as Natal with the newly designed Xbox 360s once the thing is ready for public consumption.

Earlier in the week US retailer Gamespot had the bundles listed as $299 for the Arcade bundle, and an Elite bundle for $399, although the leaked memo also states that a $199 version of the 360 will be available “this fall”.

Competitive pricing indeed.
