Three new Minis are coming from Gameshastra, India’s leading game developer. Penciled in for release over the next couple of months, PS3 and PSP owners will soon be getting to grips (literally) with Flick Fishing (originally an iPhone title that has already sold over two million copies); Crime Spree, a Mafiosa starring racer with players engaging in car chases; and Bee Wars, a turn-based honey collecting strategy game. Gameshastra’s Head of Europe, Martin Ogden, states:
“We’re excited to be bringing three more Minis to PSN. The innovation of Flick Fishing and Crime Spree has been translated from the iPhone to Minis in a way that makes them sure fire winners in the Minis format. It will be interesting to see how the simple but tactically compelling Bee Wars turn-based strategy game performs with the growing Minis audience.”
Hopefully something for all Mini lovers, while also good news from India’s burgeoning development community.

They’d sell a lot more if they brought the price down.
One is up for £5.99! I’d rather hit Gamestation’s second hand section and pick up something solid over buying a £6 game which would look at home on a SNES.

I’m not mocking the SNES, it was a great console.
I’m just not happy about the minis which are generally cack and definitely overpriced for what they are.

On the iPhone
Crime Spree is £0.59
Flick Fishing is £0.59
How much will they be on the PSN?

Until minis have trophies, i will not play or purchase a single one. Call me a trophy whore all you like, but no trophies, no play as far as i’m concerned.

Minis doesn’t need trophies… all they need is quality and love. I don’t call you Trophy whore, but have you even tried MGS4 or Valkyria Chronicles, because trophies doesn’t make games better only Replaying to get trophies. Peace!

I wouldn’t buy any of the minis. They are a good idea for the psp but just don’t feel right on a console. The 2 I got free with psn+ got deleted after 5 mins.

Well to be fair, that’s what you get for subscribing to the USELESS playstation plus.

I wouldnt say it was useless, yeah you will have 50% which you will not use like minis, themes and avartars. But I’ve still got lbp 12 ps1 and 12 psn games which is worth the 40 notes

Flick Fishing is a familiar game from Bishi Bashi Special (PS Classic PSN Store), so why buy one when you get 40+ minigames and plus it’s cheap?? Anyway i prefer Coconut Dodge :]

Not tried any mini’s yet. Don’t have enough time to finish fully fledged games so unwise of me to try anything else.
