43Xbox 360 fans of medals, hono(u)r and beards, prepare to be happy – the perpetually delayed online beta for EA’s upcoming COD-killer on Microsoft’s platform is finally live. Tweeting today, the official Medal of Honor account revealed:
“Xbox 360 fans rejoice — the Medal of Honor beta is now available on Xbox Live! Step up to Tier 1!”
In other beta news, the PS3 version has been extended to … whenever they feel like it. No new ceasation date was given which suggests they’ve either found a warehouse full of bugs or someone forgot to unplug something. It’s likely the former.

For a Ps3 version sign up to a free fileplanet.com account and just mail them requesting one. They sent me one without even asking for it

I love the medal of honour beta it makes me feel that I’m missing out by not owning battlefield bad company 2 (PS thank you fileplanet for the beta key.) Even though I don’t quite understand how each team wins in team assault it is still my favourite mode. Hit detection does suck a bit though for knife but then I guess MW2 is slightly skewed towards the completely unrealistic side of the gaming spectrum.

The knifing is good since it doesn’t auto lock from 50ft away like MW2 does.

Well, it sure did have quite a few bugs. Mine would never load the Kabul place for some reason.
