11We have no idea what it is, but it doesn’t take a super genius to join the dots and connect Sony’s latest trademark filing, “Puppeteer”, with their imminent motion technology, PlayStation Move.
First spotted by Siliconera, the trademark was submitted on the 21st of July. It was also lodged by SCEE if that makes any difference. OK, we’re running out of things to talk about here. It’s a trademark, hence it could mean something or it could equate to a whole bag of nothing.
A “puppet” game where you control your marionette with the Move controller? Sure, why not. As we saw only recently, there are literally endless ways developers are going to use Sony’s new motion device. Controlling a puppet almost seems like an obvious one.
