Yet More New Additions For Shepherd’s Armoury

Because a hand-held nuke launcher is never enough.

Need some new toys before taking the fight to the Shadowbroker in time for the already announced Liara DLC? BioWare has your back. Previously released screenshots from the forthcoming Lair of the Shadowbroker have piqued fans’ curiosity by showing Shepherd and Liara wielding fancy new weapons never before seen in Citadel space.

Responding to speculation in the official forums, BioWare’s community manager Jarrett Lee has now clarified that these weapons are actually “…part of a different pack that will be released prior to Lair of the Shadowbroker.” No word yet on a release date or how many Microsoft Fun Points will be required to experiment with these new ways of taking it to the Collectors, but we’ll keep you posted.

  1. I feel like I’m missing something here (or being extremely daft). What’s this game all about? :-\

    • It could be the biggest thing since Star Wars. One of my most favourite games. Not sure I should say anything about it though in case people are yet to play it.

    • It’s mostly a game about selling DLC, apparently.

      • Thank you. Christ! I don’t know much about the game but felt at such a loss. :-\

    • In my mind, it’s what I always imagined the perfect Star Trek game would be… minus the licences of course. There’s a lot of dialogue and it’s very character-based, but I imagine a lot less action than something like Dead Space (haven’t played it so can’t comment).
