Oh the intrigue!

11Telltale Games – the developer behind games such as Sam and Max – has been teasing us with a trailer for an unannounced game that “may or may not feature a famous cast of characters.” More information will be revealed on September 2nd – but Telltale has asked us to begin to formulate our best guesses as to what the game is from the teaser. So – over to you!

I know what it is! It’s a first person mystery game that has combat like OTRSPoD and is in the Strongbad universe! XD I wish it would be. That would actually be sick.

“On the rain Slick Precipice of Darkness”, the only game with that many names. Actually I think it’s PAE1:OtRSPoD, Penny Arcade Episode One: OtRSPoD

Okay sorry, shoulda been a bit more clear, but yes DRCD1 is correct that it’s the great Penny Arcade game that came out a year or so ago. It had a turn-based combat style that made it stand out from other games. Plus Penny Arcade. So an instant buy.

And again, yes both games were under the On The Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness title. So OTRSPoD Episode 1 and Episode 2. Sorry for the confusion!

I think it is going to be some sort of hardcore gay orgy simulator, possibly with a rudimentary levelling and perks system.
