Does it answer any questions?

Puzzlement mixed with excitement was the reaction when Capcom announced Mega Man Universe. Whilst it showed no actual gameplay, the trailer oddly featured Mega Man turning into various Capcom characters such as Ryu from the Street Fighter series.

Well, the first gameplay footage has appeared – and whilst it looks great, it cuts off at a vital point and leaves us desperate to see more.  Very sneaky Capcom, very sneaky.

  1. there are several different versions of that trailer from what i’ve read, same inafune bits at either end but a different character in game.

i don’t like that they’ve kept the knockback when you get hit, i always hated how every bloody nes game had that.

you’ve got to jump on to tiny platforms with almost pixel perfect accuracy, and one hit can knock you back to your death.

    • Yup, it’s like 20 years of game development and refinement just hasn’t happened, I’m somewhat stunned there is still a market for this.
