Warhawk fans, the time has come. TSA is having a Warhawk competition! Whether you’re dusting off your physical copy, scrolling down your XMB for your digital copy or feeling smug that you’re a PS+ member who can get the game at a steal for £7.50, TSA is inviting you to enter. The competition will be held on Monday 13th September at 8pm and will consist of 3 games and lasts roughly 45 minutes (not including the brief intervals). Jas-n, the leader of the TSA Warhawk clan, will be hosting the game.
Game Modes: Team Deathmatch – 20 mins
Capture the Flag – 20 mins
Deathmatch – 5 mins
Game Maps: Valley Battle – TDM
Island Outpost – CTF
Fortress – DM
Winning: The winner is the person with the most kills after the three matches. The kills from the three matches will be added up, and any negative points taken away. A flag capture will be worth 5 kills. The winner will receive a £10 Amazon gift voucher and 250 TSA points while 2nd place will earn 150 TSA points and finally 3rd place will earn 100 TSA points. In the event of a draw the winner will be decided on the least deaths.
There are 14 spaces open in this competition, if more than 14 entries are received then the participants will be decided by a random draw. Entries should be sent to adam@tsa2.org and must include your PSN and TSA ID and have the subject line “Warhawk Competition”. You have until midday on Sunday 12th September to get your entries in, participants will be announced later that day along with details on how to enter the game. Good luck!

i am soo in for this! i signed up to the last tsa warhawk meet, but nobody sent me details of where it was/map name etc, i even msg’d people assoc with the meet :( nevermind, this will do me!

Your right it w in the forum, but it was still under kevling as host/organiser, and tbf if I’d have been hosting it, I’d have just sent a little pm/or psn mail to those that had signed up. There is a lot of complaining on here about people not attending meets, and on that occasion, I tried what I could to join in. But that’s in the past and this is the present so as I said hopefully I’ll be able to join this one!

Well the setting are the same, it doesn’t matter who’s hosting it the name would be the same, and was “TheSixthAxis” we like to make it easy for people to find us even if they don’t have anyone on their friends list playing.
I’m sorry, you wasn’t able to find the game before hand, hopefully you’ll be able to join this game.

Hi all
Is this game any good? I downloaded the trial from PS+ but the thing expired before I could try it only was available till 4th September apparently? I thought you had a 1hr trial which ment you can trial for 1hr no matter from when.
Anyway saw it in game pre-owned for £4.99 but im unsure on a game thats pretty old now. Has it aged well?

it’s awesome!
it has a steep learing curve, and most people have been playing it for 3 years, so expect to die- a lot, but if you stick to the noob servers, or come join my little gang of scumbags, you’ll learn it with realative ease.
its a 3rd person game, and is more arcadey than your cod’s etc.
you can fly, drive jeeps, tanks, use turrets, rpg’s, snipe, call in air attacks, use mines….its got everything, and there are so many maps, and game types that your preference will prolly be catered for

Ive had it since the day i bought my PS3 nearly 3 years ago and would like to get into it , which game mode and which servers would you recommend i try to learn it on . Cheers .

@ minerwilly. The maps van be massive. 16 vs 16, or just down to 1 v 1. I would start if with something like north bridge in eucadia as it’s small but has everything you need to get accustomed to the different styles of play ( warhawks, tanks, jeeps, sniping spots, turrets etc) it does have a tutorial, but the best way to learn is to play with others. Btw if you want a game that you can ‘ complete’ by ranking to the top level, then forget about it! Lol it takes ages to rank up, however as the only bonus you get for the next rank, is different items of uniform, which have no bearing on the game or abilities.
That’s the best thing about this game. Everyone is on the same level weapons wise, and te focus is on your skill. You find kids that have jut brought the game, taking down people that have been playing since day one.
Fell free to add mr if you want someone to practice with. You will find a few plebs that take it upon themselves to bully newer players, but you can always go to another map or kick them ( if your the host)
