Worms 2 Arriving On PS3 This Week

27It may have missed its scheduled “summer” launch, but Team17′s PS3 version of Worms 2: Armageddon will finally be arriving on the EU PlayStation Store this week.
No other details were provided in the post on the franchise’s Facebook page; all we know is that the PS3 release will include all the content from the 360 version, which came out last year.
The original Worms for PlayStation 3 is still some of the best local multiplayer fun you can have on the console, whilst the buggy online play left something to be desired. Hopefully, Armageddon won’t feature the same issues.
“This week” probably means Wednesday, the regular Store update day, but there’s no confirmation yet of the price.

im looking forward to it.. however the beta test was useless, very difficult to get online, and being an online beta it wasnt very helpful, but the game itself looked fantastic.

You know when a game comes out and you can’t see how they could ever justify a sequel? This is one of them. Other than fixing some stuff on the old one, what’s changed?

the original worms Armageddon is a beast of a game as will this be also it comes with a bucket load of weapons and the flood, sickness and other unpleasant things that are associated with Armageddon
